My new hobby -. Fuel leaks
It has been an interesting winter break. I have spent a lot of it chasing fuel leaks around my truck. Everytime I think i have solved them "its back " somewhere else. Have had the injector pump re kitted ( yes that was leaking too) and had a broken stud which fixes an injector into the head. Off to the engineers for that.
Just to spice things up there was also a new manifold gasket to do which I did most of. But gee am totally sick of it.
I will be travelling with the Original Gypsy Fair this season instead of the Gypsytravellers Fair. Still I wish them well in their new season and happy travels.
I did get to see some snow and quite a lot of mud this winter and made friends with a few young bulls ( I stayed on a farm for a while and had them as neighbours) and also saw a calf being born which was beautiful .
Its lovely to see flowers and spring starting again and new growth all around. Serafina ( the cat) has been a right bushcat and loving it and now has a snazzy new red collar for the new season.

New Travel shots from NZ
Some photos of my recent travels . Taupo and another spot where I stayed. So despite numerous fuel leaks after my oil and fuel filter change in Rotorua ( the guy must have undone every screw) I have continued to travel somewhat more slowly and seem to have sorted the leaks.
My neighbour for a bit

Northland NZ
Am really enjoying Northland again. Especially the Kaipara. A sense of peacefulness and the history of Kauri Trees seem to pervade the atmosphere.
This is one of my favourite parts of the North island and deserves to be savoured.
Tomorrow I am going to study some history and check out the museum.

Holiday
Just had week end off and spent most of it in the lovely Kaipara.
Had some advertising to book for the fair and a few email readings to do but otherwise it was bliss
Sky dreaming
how to hog the whole couch

2012 is done and dusted
Am so glad the whole hype about 2012 is over. Got asked a lot what I thought. LOL
My changes have been pretty awesome maybe not earthshaking but pretty big for me.
1.I quit smoking. Yay yippe
2.I have lost any fear of being alone ( that transpired in winter) which is awesome I always loved time on my own but was a little over it after a few days.. One of the reasons I like the fairs. Do lots of people during the week end and then peace and quiet during the week. But last winter being entirely solo and hardly ever having contact or hearing from people I learned to value the peace and spent most of it alone at beaches and in hills loving it.
3.My need to have an identity has gone. I do not need to be known as a tarot reader or anything else.I would willingly let everything go for an interesting and new challenge. But that can happen when ever it does.
Am so relaxed it is amazing and hanging with my Pussycat is pretty cool
Got a fireshow for a 21st party to do so that should be new and different .
Am a bit fatter, look a bit brighter, sleep better.
So as I have always felt the whole 2012 experience was an inner one of growth and evolution which will continue to grow , stretch and evolve me into the future.

Some Beauty and peace
I had to escape the city. It just seems to not do much for me. I had to come and enjoy one of my favourite places and lo and behold I ran into some South island friends as well. I had some enjoyable times with my stepmum at Mana and we shared Dinner in my truck but the wind and the noise was a bit much as I have a sinus infection at the moment and my head feels like a squashy tomato.
I love my work and I love giving people everything I got when I am working with them but to recharge quiet and nature especially water are essential.Next week the mad campers arrive here trying to get their spot before Christmas so thought this week was the one to connect with the beauty and loveliness. of mother nature. It fills me back up.
I have attached a few shots to share My friends will not feature here as true South Islanders the internet is suspect :)
