Winter Break Yippee

Have finished another season of fairs and am waiting to get my back brakes done in Puriri. Have the truck to paint as the oil stain needs to be sanded back and would look like a dogs breakfast so it is sand prime and then paint so am hoping for some good weather for that job. Miss Fiens my side kick has decided our logburner is god and stares at it for hours.Another bit of excitement was a fire in my cooker all the little gas lines in it are corroded and the burners rusty. Guess it was getting a bit ancient. One of my dear family has kindly decided my life was important and paid for a new cooker so installing that has been fun.It is a bit posh and I still keep grabbing a lighter to light it when it does not need one. So so far it has been all go.
